THE OYSTER BAR

Simply set with everything you'll need to enjoy freshly shucked oysters.

Additional oysters $28 per dozen. 2-3 oysters per guest works well for post ceremony.
Condiment selection is seasonal and may be altered slightly from time to time to balance for styles and flavour.
Our staff wear black attire and linen aprons.  Accessories, ice, tableware and quality napkins are provided. 
  Additional shuckers may be needed as the quantities rise and will be quoted upon enquiry  
We shuck in the Margaret River region although a travel fee may apply for particular locations.

We shuck oysters directly from 34 Degrees Blue, the largest oyster supplier in the South West.
